Safe Place Sites in Tulsa
300 sites in the Tulsa area provide a Safe Place in nearly every neighborhood for you in times of crisis. Look for the Safe Place sign at QuikTrip stores, Fire Stations, Tulsa Transit buses, EMSA ambulances, MedWise Urgent Care Clinics, Tulsa City-County Libraries, and Tulsa Glassblowing School.
What happens after I reach the safe place site?
1. The staff will call us at YST.
2. We will immediately send a trained Safe Place responder to meet you in person at the site.
3. They will offer support and work with you to find a solution. They can get you medical help, wait with you while you reconnect with your parent/guardian, or take you to the YST shelter where staff will assist you further.
